Set on a large corner lot, the private outdoor paradise at this 4BR/2BA home features a heated pool, hot tub, pool tanning deck loungers, and firepit.

Located in central Palm Springs right next to the Movie Colony East neighborhood, the house is lined with palm trees and features striking mountain views.

Beautifully remodeled, a modern chic interior features a fireplace, smart TV, large wrap around sectional, and large kitchen with breakfast bar.

LIVING AREA

New furnishings and decor invite you to unwind into vacation mode.

Concoct a crisp drink at the bar cart in the living area and relax on the large sectional. Get cozy by the gas fireplace and stream a classic film on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the sleek, modern kitchen with quartz countertops. Upscale stainless steel appliances include a gas range and side-by-side fridge.

When you're ready to eat, gather at the expandable eight-person dining table. The kitchen bar seats an additional two.

BED & BATH

This vacation home sleeps eight guests between four well-appointed bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, which features a California king bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the yard. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and a Toto heated bidet.

Two additional bedrooms each provide a California king bed, while a fourth bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have blackout blinds.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Completely enclosed, your private outdoor space offers plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Enjoy leisurely afternoons swimming in the heated pool or unwinding in the attached hot tub. Relax in the water under the shade of two umbrellas, or stretch out on a lounger and soak up the sun.

As evening falls, dine outside under the covered patio. Cook up your meal on the outdoor gas grill. Then top off your meal with a nightcap around the gas firepit.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
High speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a free to use 240V 50Amp Level 2 electric vehicle charger are also provided.

Parking for four vehicles (with two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is also available.

-Pool heating is available for $75/night (or $450/week) for the duration your stay .
-Pool heating is suggested October - May if you wish to use the pool+spa.
-Spa heating is included for free in your reservation, however it is an in-ground spa connected to the pool, so the spa must be heated prior to each use. (If you choose not to heat the pool in the winter, it may make the spa difficult to use).

If there is no reservation directly before or directly after yours, early check in and/or late checkout may be available. Check with the host 48 hours before your stay for availability.
-Early Check In: $30/hr for every hour earlier than 3pm
-Late Checkout: $30/hr for every hour after 11am

My 3 college friends and I stayed at this house. It was great for our group. There are plenty of places to socialize in this home and it's close to all the great things Palm Springs has to offer. I had worried about airplane noise given the proximity to the airport, but we enjoyed watching the planes while in the backyard. It was also amazing that you could be door-to-gate in 15 minutes! It would be loud for only a couple seconds and wasn't disruptive. This house is along a somewhat busy street, but were not bothered by the minimal car noise at night given we all live in suburban/urban areas. The host was very reachable. We didn't need anything during our stay, but I spoke to him when we first checked in and he gave us his mobile number in case anything was needed. The landscaping throughout both the front and the back needs a lot of work. This is a "me" problem, but it was hard to relax in the backyard given the overgrowth and weeds, lol. It makes the house look rundown when you first pull up, but it's well taken care of inside.

This is such a great property! Ross is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, the house is in a great location, and it has all the essentials and plenty of extras for a perfect getaway in Palm Springs.

Great communication with the host, nice, clean home. We had three couples and a single and had plenty of room. It was a great time despite the rain! We decided against the extra cost of heating the pool due to the forecast, but the hot tub is included in the cost of the rental, so we did use it a few times. It does take a few hours to heat, but we just planned for it. Overall the kitchen is equipped, there are plenty of towels, the pool would have been outstanding if it weren’t for the rain. The airport is close but no one complained, nor kept awake, by the sound of planes. The neighborhood is nice and walkable. I did give suggestions on a few minor items to make others’ stay even more comfortable and I would definitely rent again without hesitation if in the area. Joshua Tree is only a little over an hour away as is Salton Sea
which is worth a look if you are in to “off the beaten path” type places to visit.

Communication with the host was amazing. The property was clean, organized, and met all the needs of 7 adults on a girls’ trip. We could often hear plane and car traffic, but the proximity to downtown and the airport was convenient for our larger group. I would definitely use this property again.

Check in was easy. The house was clean & very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook, the living room was perfect for hanging out when it was to hot to be out by the pool, the pool was a great size & a very comfortable set up. We have found most Palm Springs pools are small but this one had room for Floaties & kids & was pretty deep. Communication with the owners was easy & great. We had 2 small dogs with us. The yard was fenced well & the house comfortable for them too. Definitely enjoyed our stay,

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

Many thanks to Ross for opening his home for us to have the perfect Palm Springs getaway weekend. My friends flew in to help celebrate my birthday weekend with me. We enjoyed the pool, cooked out on the grill, and enjoyed the location close to downtown. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely book again if we ever returned for a visit

Wonderful vacation spot!

We just spent a month at this lovely home and had an amazing time! The home is clean and well equipped. The house manager Jonathan is such a great guy, he checked in with us occasionally just to see how we were doing and if we needed anything! When we weren’t out exploring the area, we were spending most of our time and the beautiful pool and hot tub. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

This was our first trip to Palm Springs and it was super hot (116 degrees) so thankfully the house has amazing cold A/C and shaded areas outside by and even in the pool! The house manager was very helpful with any questions we had so that was very much appreciated! I’d highly recommend this place for a fun vacation spot!

Great stay!

Had a great stay in Palm Springs! Highlight of the property was the well-stocked kitchen. Family who were staying nearby came and used our kitchen multiple times for dinners. Very well appointed and comfy property! And a shout out to Johnathon the property manager - the most responsive and on top of it manager we have ever had at a VRBO property! We had a couple minor issues that he quickly addressed in person. The only slight knock I would give is that the front and back yard landscaping need a little TLC/cleanup. BTW the backyard is as advertised - very nice size!

So great we’re going again!

My family and I stayed for the weekend for a special event and the house was great! Good feel, nice house, clean, well laid out and over all an enjoyable stay. We decided while staying there we liked it so much we’re coming back for a week in a few months!

Fantastic spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Highlights - the couch is very comfy, as are the beds, hot tub is great, and showers/water pressure strong. The kitchen had everything we needed. Place was extremely clean as well. And the manager very responsive with check-in or any other requests. We would definitely stay again!
