The very private yard features an inground all-in-one Spool (pool/spa combo) with jets, surrounded by lounge chairs, a built-in BBQ station, mature citrus trees, grass, and iconic mountain views—a true Palm Springs resort vibe. The perfect spot to live the good life.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The Primary Suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage, and a private ensuite bath. The Guest Suite includes a Full bed and its own ensuite bath. A bonus sunroom sleeping area off the pool offers a Twin daybed—ideal for an overflow guest or an afternoon nap—and easy access to the hall powder room.

Located in central El Mirador, you’ll be less than a mile from Ruth Hardy Park, the Palm Springs Convention Center, and Palm Canyon Drive in the Uptown Design District—home to boutiques, galleries, dining, and coffee shops.
