Family spring break

Amazing Vacation
Publié le 22 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was very clean, and property owner had the air turned on for us when we arrived. Property is simply located about 10 minutes from everything you’d want to do. It’s about 20 minutes from pier park. Any issues we had, which were very little, were immediately taken care of by the property owner. There is a go kart track right beside the property, but you can not hear the gocarts at night. The property came with beach chairs, A two wheeled beach cart, a small cooler, and a propane grill. All the bedding, cookware and utensils you could possibly want. Property had two blenders for your use. There is an upstairs and downstairs, and our family love that. There is a huge blowup, king-size bed, that is very comfortable. for Your relaxation, there is a huge Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. It is a eight minute drive to Saint Andrews State Park, where the snorkeling was amazing. It is a short drive to major restaurants. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here to do so. The property owner is very easily accessible and very quick to respond with any questions or issues that you have. We only had two issues, and they were taken care of very very promptly. We will be staying here again Or at one of the other properties that he owns. Thank you again for one of the most amazing vacations we have ever had.

not the cleanest or quietest
Publié le 16 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property line is shared with a go kart track. That would have been nice to know before booking. The go kart belts squeal until at least 11 pm. There was no grill, which was fine once we realized we would not be hanging out in back. The rental has an awkward set up for families. The kids had to all sleep upstairs on the floor because the down stairs is accessed through the garage and you need a code to get in. It would be nice for adults or two families, but not really suited for little kids. The pillows were old and stained and the blankets were dirty. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach was short. I don’t think I would stay at this property again

The pictures of the property show the amusement park, so Angela was aware the go-karts were behind the townhome as well as the description about the split floorplan. She did ask for a refund because of the noise, but when I offered to give them a full refund and allow them to stay somewhere else, she declined because this condo was such a bargin, they could not find anything close to the price range that was near as nice! (Her words!) This is one of the only complaints we have received about the go-karts. Most people say they like to watch them from the upstairs window or out back when grilling. There is also no need for a code downstairs unless you lock the door. The blankets and pillows that she claimed were dirty were sleeping bags and pillows in the garage they decided to use upstairs.

This property was a great getaway for my group of friends. It is a close walk to the beach, very close to some great restaurants that were a walkable distance, and a very nice home to stay in. The host offers his support for any problem you may have so I highly recommend this location.
