Dust, mildew and disgusting- left early
Publié le 19 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe only positive of this place was the location and proximity. It was so dirty and looked to never have been dusted or cleaned. One day we spent 3 hours deep cleaning and vacuuming ourselves. We knew this would be a very small place but words can’t describe how NYC-tight it was. We were so disappointed with the cleanliness and how every single piece of furniture needed to be thrown away and updated that we left 3 days early and found a nice hotel. 30 Nevis ln needs a complete renovation. Holes in the wall everywhere, looked like it’s never seen a repaint. The smell of mildew was so bad. We would not recommend and will not be back.

Great location but mildew smell

The only issue we had was the very musty smell and the humidity in the place. The furniture had a damp feel to it and the smell was quite strong. The host let us check in early which was great and was responsive when we first arrived.

Cute Cottage House
Publié le 15 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayLocation is great, right off main square and short walk to beach. Property is small, even for 2 adults and 2 children, however doable. You likely won't spend much time in there because you'll be at the beach!

Wonderful carriage house in amazing location.

very well kept and stocked.

Big Thyme Carriage House
