Location, location, location!
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fantastic time and love this house! We were traveling with a few teenagers and the pool house helped control the chaos. They congregated there, leaving the living room and front porch to us.
The house is super-close to the beach. It's like a 2-minute slow walk to be on the sand. There were also plenty of pool toys and beach chairs in the garage.
The host was also very easy to work with. He put away the feather pillows for us -- yay allergies. :( -- and gave us his direct number in case we needed him.

Spring Break 2024
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat vacation property with easy access to the beach. The private fenced in heated pool was a must for our trip and we used it a lot. Property is well maintained and clean. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Would recommend to other families looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Group trip to PCB
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur trip to PCB was great. Communications with the property owner/manager were easy and he was very responsive and easy to work with. The house was perfect for our group of 9; very close to the beach, plenty of room inside and two nice 2nd floor porches to hang outside on. The kitchen was well appointed for us to cook and eat in if we didn't want to go out for dinner. The pool house provided 3 more bunks so our group could spread out a bit and it was fun to have another space to socialize in. Area was quiet and not in the midst of spring break craziness, so that was an added bonus. Overall a great trip, house fit the bill perfect.

The location was also perfect, literally just a few steps from the sand. We went for Thanksgiving and it was not crowded at all, we felt like it was a private beach all for us!
The pool house was such a bonus for the kids to have their own area. Plenty of parking space and within 3 miles to Walmart. Overall very satisfied.
