Hotel and Room very nice and clean. housekeeping did a good job. We did have to ask for more coffee packs to be replenished in room. The toilet lid was broken but maintenance fixed right away. Best breakfast layout with different choices from hot to cold breakfasts.

Room was clean. Liked the gym and the hot tub. Pool was a little to Chilly even though it was heated . Everyone was nice working . Giving three stars because you have to pay for parking . I stayed there night and was charged $70. That is pretty sill especially it being the off season. You shouldn’t have to pay for parking if you’re staying somewhere you pay top dollar . Almost like corporate making extra money just cause .

Omg this was the nicest place that I have ever stayed in Panama Beach. The pool was warm and the hot tub was clean not much of the foam inside. Staff was amazing the room ocean view was incredible, and to top it off the Breakfast was delicious. I would recommend the place over and over. 10/10

We were charged a substantial resort fee for a 6-night stay ending Jan 17. The Expedia site clearly stated that resort fees only applied from March 1st to October 31. We tried several times to contact the hotel by phone with no luck at all. I have since talked to Expedia a few times. In addition to a phone number, Expedia has an e-mail address for the hotel. The hotel has not responded to them either. We would not have booked this hotel if we thought there was a resort fee. They don't even have the decency to respond to e-mails or phone mail messages.
