Rosemary Visit
Publié le 27 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was fine and was clean. But it had no amenities we are used to for a home that we rent at this price. Bikes were broken, no beach towels, very few other amenities at the home. The a/c in one of the rooms made a loud sound every time it turned on. I would be ok with it if the home were half of the price but other homes in this price range that we've stayed in at Rosemary have been much nicer.

Please let us know if issues with bikes ever arise, as we have a separate bike management company that performs quality checks and fixes. as needed. The home does not supply beach towels and starter packs include enough disposable items to get you started for your stay- I apologize this came as a surprise.
Your insights are valuable, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again for a better experience next time.

Fall break with Family
Publié le 19 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house has a very unique layout with a couple of great spaces to bring everyone together, but then giving everyone plenty of privacy at night. One master on the main floor as you walk in, then go upstairs and there is another master on the second floor. You then go through a door that goes outside to the balcony and there are two more bedrooms that you can only enter from the outside. Finally a third floor as part of the main house with the bunk beds that is great for kids. The location is absolutely perfect and outside of going to the grocery store there is no need for you to drive anywhere. All the beach entrances require badges so it is a good way to have population control and the beach never got too crowded. In the kitchen there are also two large refrigerators which is awesome if you plan on cooking a lot and have a large group. The courtyard was a huge hit and every time we had dinner at the house, we sat outside. It was such a nice treat - cool area and blocked from a big breeze. In terms of things to be aware of, our garage door wouldn't open or close on it's own so we ended up putting a ladder under it to keep it open. Also, all of the bikes kept breaking - the pedals fell off. I emailed the address they gave me however no one responded. Also, the kitchen on the main is an alley kitchen so gets a little tight if more than 2 people are in there. Overall amazing and highly recommend!

Thanks for the feedback, Patrick! Sometimes with these larger homes, it takes time to purge any cold water from the pipes before it starts to warm up. I'll have the team check on the water heater and plumbing to ensure everything is working as it should. We'd love to have you back!

On the Green!

A beautiful Bobby McAlpine designed home that really added to the comfort of all the family members having their own cozy areas. The access of being right on the eastern green and walking to all the shops foods was perfect. The kids loved the independence of being able to hop on a bike and explore (mostly donuts and candy) We stayed the tail end of the summer season so a few minor TLC things needed attention, but the house was well stocked and the icemaker of the main kitchen was a great feature.
Will definitely be back!!

Sweet Summer Time
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were very impressed upon arrival. The home was very spacious, and allowed for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!!
There are few things that need attention.
Upon arrival, we decided to take the bikes into Rosemary. One of the bikes petal literally fell off. I don’t know how someone wouldn’t have noticed that. So we just parked that one and left the petal on top so no one would use that one.
The last few days, it seemed the house didn’t cool as it did. We used the fans in the bedroom so that helped some.
Hopefully these things can get fixed for the next guests.

Hi Derek, apologies for the bikes! We have a bike co that performs quality checks with each check-in and it sounds like they might not have reached the home in time before you arrived! Please let us know if this is ever an issue as the same co is great at making same and next-day repairs. We would be happy to assist. We also noticed the issue with temp in the house after your departure. This is currently being rectified by a tech! We appreciate your stay and would love to have you back for a better experience next time. 😊
