Room was fine. I received no checkin instructions. Had to beat on the door for anyone to open it. Then they wouldn't give me the WiFi password so I could show my reservation as they had no idea. I arrived at 930 pm. Didn't get into the room until 1100. It was a mess. Steer clear.

Terrible experience. I had to call and text multiple times just to get the lockbox code, as it was never sent to me. When they finally responded, they gave me the wrong room information, and the key wasn’t even in the lockbox. On top of that, the room advertised as having a “private bathroom” actually had the bathroom down the corridor, not inside the room. The place also looked nothing like the photos. Avoid this property.

O Sr Eduardo que cuida da limpeza e recebe hóspedes é uma ótima pessoa e sempre disponível para ajudar.Tivemos problemas com a água do chuveiro que só as vezes esquentava.A localização é muito boa, perto das avenida principais e locais de compras.
