"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Happy family, happy dog! Five gigantic stars!!! This house was a little slice of heaven on the beach. The beds were so comfortable (soft and supportive, and on the firm side), and our three teens were thrilled to each have their own bed. An even bigger thrill was finding the hot tub on the upper deck -- perfect for warming up after swimming in very, very cold water on overcast, windy beach days. The kitchen was well-equipped and well cared for (sharp knives in the knife block!), and I cooked every dinner at home with ease. It's clear that the family who owns the home furnished it with love and attention.We also loved the long, cushioned benches surrounding the dining table...perfect for crowding around to play boardgames and do puzzles comfortably. The house is paradise for dogs -- our dog had to explore all the rooms, and then made a beeline for the basket of dog toys, and found a favorite ball to chase around the floor while we watched World Cup soccer on the huge TV (perfect for family movie night). A dog bed and feeding bowls/mat were also provided, along with a dedicated dog towel to clean up damp, sandy pups after beach adventures. And there was plenty of room in the primary bedroom for a large-sized dog crate.It took maybe two minutes to walk to the beach, which we did 2-3 times a day, for morning off-leash runs with our crazy dog, afternoon body-surfing for the kids, and seaside sunsets with the whole family. The house came with beach towels, and the outdoor shower was so helpful in cleaning sand off everyone before coming back into the house. We absolutely LOVED this house and plan to book it next time we visit the Oregon coast."

"Good location, easy walk to town, walk over dunes to beach. Beds were ok, supplies were good. Stairs to get into house--living areas are upstairs too. Hot water ran out for multiple showers. Beach equipment available to use and nice deck for sunning."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The home was very clean, and the setting (next to an empty lot full of tall, ancient spruce) quiet and peaceful even though it’s on an arterial (with little traffic it seems). It’s a bit away from town which meant driving in, and two long blocks (on rough gravel road) plus a walk through the dunes to the beach, but we could still hear the waves and were surrounding by bird song. All the appliances were functional, the washer and dryer brand new as were the bath towels, and the hot tub at the end of a beach day was heavenly. The back yard private and pleasant, but not fully fenced for you dog owners. The beds were so-so. Four bedrooms and lots of beds for large groups. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again though we have enjoyed other locations a bit more."

"Good property overall and I would recommend them but they had a few small issues. Nothing that would ruin a vacation but it was just minor inconveniences. For instance, the TV didn't work and the pool table they showed in their photos was broken. They also had a hole cut in the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom like they started some type of repair but didn't finish. Overall though the property was really nice and housed our large group well. The fire pit was really nice. The basement was cool so if the heat gets to anyone in your group, then you will like downstairs. I liked our stay and they could be a great place to stay if they addressed what I previously mentioned."
