"Staff was incredible and extremely courteous and helpful. I recommend this resort, especially during winter season, it still offers a wonderful view of the City, even in the fog and rain. I also recommend more than a night's stay, so you can try the different breakfast styles, restaurants, or take the shuttle into xinbeitou to experience local Taiwanese markets. "Nice room with private hot spring and comfortable bed. The location is great although it's about a 20min walk up the hill from Shinbeitou MRT station. There is a small bus from Shinbeitou that will take you up the hill. My only complaints were that a 5pm check-in time is unnecessarily late and breakfast was only served for 1hr between 830-930am.. I had to head to the airport early and so couldn't take advantage."
