Discover this recently renovated 34 m² apartment, nestled in a quiet courtyard, on the second floor without elevator, which can accommodate up to 2 people.

With a surface area of 34 m², this rental comprises :

- a beautiful living room with lounge and dining area,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with double bed (140 × 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC,
- work desk,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wifi,
- fan, ceiling fans, mosquito net,
- radiators, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, clothes hangers.

There is no private parking.

A 510€ management fee will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.
