A good clean apartment at a good price and good location in Paris, close to a metro station and many cafés and restaurants. The host is very helpful, flexible, answers our questions promptly and will quickly follow up on any action required.

Sejour très agréable dans un quartier très vivant !
Nous avons passé un super sejour dans l'appartement de Eloi. Tout a été très simple et fluide, réservation, entrée, sortie... Le quartier est très vivant, très animé, avec des restaurants pas très chers et l'accès au metro à 5 minutes. tip !

Very beautiful location in Belleville, the host is super nice and available when necessary or requested!
The house is so suitable for its spaces and very very quite, despite being on a very busy street.

Un merveilleux séjour
Nous avons tout aimé : la maison, le quartier, la gentillesse et la diligence du propriétaire... Notre avion était en retard et nous sommes arrivés à la maison vers minuit, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de déguster une délicieuse soupe au restaurant situé devant la maison. C'est un quartier très vivant et on y trouve du pain et du café à toute heure. La maison est très bien entretenue et très lumineuse, avec trois grandes fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur ; mais malgré cela, comme elle est très bien insonorisée, elle est très calme. Et Eloi, qui nous a toujours répondu très rapidement, a été d'une grande gentillesse avec nous. Merci beaucoup. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.
