My tastefully decorated and fully equipped accommodation is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends.

- 1 living room with a double sofa bed TV WIFI
- 1 new and fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
- 1 bathroom with shower and sink
- 1 independent toilet
- 1 entrance with an office area
- 1 closed space with washing machine, dryer option, ironing board and iron

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

The location of my apartment is very pleasant and very lively. It provides easy access to many monuments of Paris such as the Eiffel Tower which is a 4-minute walk away, the Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, the Ecole Militaire,
It is also close to the Montparnasse and Saint-Lazare stations and several parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
The atmosphere of the neighborhood is relaxed and secure
with a multitude of typically Parisian cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, cinemas, parks and green spaces. The Beaugrenelle shopping center is an unmissable spot for shopping

In short, you will have an ideal local experience!


The Necker hospital is located just 22 minutes on foot and 9 minutes by transport
