25 minutes by local train from Charles-De-Gaulle airport, and only a few metro stations from all the major Parisian railway stations, the apartment is very easy to access.
Ideal for a couple or family, the apartment is located in an 18th century building, a few steps from rue Montorgueil.
Completely renovated, this place still manage to preserve all beauty of old Parisian buildings.
The apartment is a 2 rooms, it is intended to be welcoming and warm. With its bedroom overlooking an interior courtyard, you will stay in complete peace and quiet in a lively area.
It has a bathroom adjoining the bedroom and an equipped kitchen opening into the living room with its exposed beams on the ceiling.
Running through and bright, it offers all the equipment necessary for your stay.

The location of Jimmy's apartment can't be beat - as a bonus, the room is quiet but still in the absolute heart of one of the best shopping and dining areas of Paris. You're also a 3 minute walk from Les Halles, which the central metro stop in all of Paris and connects in every direction possible (RER and metro).Jimmy is an excellent host and communicates in great English in a timely fashion. He's very helpful and we never felt vulnerable or ghosted.The apartment itself is small, but it's perfect for 2 people (or 2 1 small kid). The bedroom is separate from the living room with a door, so there's adult privacy in the bedroom if needed. The area is the best possible in the entire city, but is safe and nice even at 2AM.Every amenity is there, with a working fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.The only negatives - the world's tiniest elevator. Seriously, it's the size of one single person, maybe 2 scrunched together. The only other is that the shower only provides a max of 6-7 minutes of hot water (and it does get nice and hot), so if you're having 2 or more people shower back to back it's going to run out fast. It takes about 2 hours to recharge from what we could tell.But in general, this is a GREAT place with a wonderful host, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Jimmy’s place is exactly as pictured—no surprises. While the space is on the smaller side, it was enough for me and my parents. We are from the city, so we used to compact spaces and really value a great location—and this one is prime, prime, prime. You truly can’t beat it.The apartment has everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer/dryer—all in great working order. I didn’t even need to pull out the couch, as the couch was already comfortable for one person.I appreciated that the host welcomed us in person—the old-fashioned way. It was a nice, personal touch that made the stay feel even more inviting.If you care more about location and functionality than unnecessary space, this place is a great find.

Amazing property, wonderful host. Walkable to so many wonderful restaurants and monuments, transportation nearby if needed as well. Apartment is was perfect for our family of 4- laundry and dishwasher was great to have. Tons of restaurants on the streets and surrounding are- which can make it noisy if the windows are open in the evenings- didn't bother us at all, just to be aware- part of the Parisian charm. Jimmy is an excellent host, answered any questions we had promptly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend again!

Check in was easy and clear, even if Jimmy wasn't there. The apartment is tiny, but very well located and well furnished. It was very convenient to have a microwave, oven, nespresso machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer for our stay. Metro stations are walking distance, as are stores, restaurants, shopping malls. It is a popular street so it can be loud at night, but the windows seal the noise pretty well. We loved our stay and would definitely love to go back again.

The apartment was clean and beautiful but it is probably more of a 3 person apartment, as the sofa only accommodates one person. The location is fun and there is easy access to lots of restaurants, shopping and the metro. Communication was great and helpful. It was a great experience.

Great place

This property is in a great location. It had a hair dryer and a drying rack for our clothes, and all of the kitchen amenities. The view out the window and the location so close to a metro station and restaurants was incredible. I would definitely stay here again. There is a significant amount of stairs so we did get a pretty good amount of exercise everyday going up and down them. But you could also use the elevator. Host was very responsive and communicated great answered any questions that we had. wouldefinitely stay here againhere again
