Hello, While the assistance was attentive, the conditions of the flat advertised as "luxury" was significantly below that definition. The ceiling was mouldy, there was a large hole in the sofa, and the shelf above the television was falling out of the wall. There was not even one small rail or wardrobe area to place any clothing. We were woken up at 8:30 every morning to the sound of incredibly loud drilling with no stop for hours. The location of the flat was the only redeeming quality. Belvilla was kind enough to provide me with a fan after request, however this stay was far from "luxury" - definitely at this price.

Horrible experience. Book a hotel instead. Don’t book an apartment in Paris. We had no direct contact with host. We had to go through multiple 3rd parties ie Belvilla then Checkmyguest. Our shower ceiling crashed at 11pm at night on 3rd night. Had to evacuate my family in middle of night and had no emergency contact reachable with host. Stairs of apartment is unsafe with no lighting and windy unsafe staircase. No place for clothes or luggage. Can’t pull out sofa bed when it’s only spot to place luggage. Sofa is ripped, mold in shower, no fan in shower causing mold in apartment. No ironing table. Only stayed for 2 nights. Had to evacuate 3rd night which ended up being a late night with early morning to Disney, making an exhausting day with only few hours of sleep.
