What a great property to stay and sleep in! The place was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are big, and the bed was comfortable. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We had no problem getting a cab, and the subway was very close by. We had a great stay!

No parking No aircon Not a hotel

Hotels.com wrongly listed this property 'with parking'. It is on a street which has public PAID parking spaces which were full the neighbouring street was 34 EUROS a day. We only booked this place because we were driving through france with a one year old. No air con on the hottest day of the year and could not open window because pond in garden attracted so many wasps and mosquitos. The lobby floor was so dirty my childs socks were black from walking around but our room was clean. The lady who looked after it was friendly and breakfast was good quality. The room itself was modern but tired. This is a B&B at most and not a hotel. TOO expensive for what it was

This is a lovely B&B that is very interested in being environmentally friendly. They are in fact, in a group of hotels, that does exactly this. One of the people who initially greeted us spoke only french, but she did a very good job of trying to understand and satisfy our desires. Another individual who arrived later spoke English, as well. I believe the owner's brother was in the office the next day, so the owner's were not there, while we were there. The breakfast was very, very good, and again the people there very accommodating. I guess I thought that we would be staying in some quiet, tree lined neighborhood of Paris. Now I do not believe there is any such thing. A taxi driver from downtown Paris had trouble finding it, and we were not much help, as she did not speak English. An Uber driver for the airport, however, arrived in one minute. So it may have had to do with how large Paris is, and how taxi driver's should have GPS - not the fault at all of this lovely lodge. The king size bed was very comfortable. I had hoped that we would be on the first floor, but learned on this trip all over France, and I'm sure much of Europe, that the first floor is the "0" floor. We did have very willing help with the luggage, and this was very helpful, as we are a little older. There are only 4 or 5 units at this lodge, and people are looked after and taken care of well. I think my only problem is how far away they were from the center of Paris.

A piece of Eden in Paris

We loved Eden Lodge. It was a wonderful place to stay. The reception was excellent, the suite so comfortable and luxurious - especially the bathroom. It was hard to believe we were in the city. We also loved the breakfast - they even have honey from their own bees. This was a great find. It's just a bit removed from the city center, but the advantage is that you're in a real Paris neighborhood, not just a tourist area and the transit is fast and easy. Highly recommend this piece of Eden.

Belle decouverte

Belle découverte au fond d'un jardin au calme. Arrivée au matin avant de visiter la remarquable exposition Georges de la Tour, j'ai été accueillie avec un petit café et un croissant. A mon retour une petite surprise la chatte de la maison s'était infiltrée dans ma chambre. Mignonne, câline, mais elle a accepté de quitter ma chambre. Au petit-déjeuner rien que des produits frais. Bref, j'ai apprécié ce séjour.
