Great Hotel, excellent location

Excellent stay! Booked for almost a week. Left 2 days to cognac and came back; the front desk upgrade us to a beautiful room with balcony view of Paris. Love their executive lounge, so nice to have a waiting club with different beverage options and snacks. The staffs were great; friendly, helpful, and remembered our names. Bonus!

Great beautiful hotel with very kind staff. Highly recommend it. Specifically Recommend Executive Suite as the morning breakfast and quiet room Executive Lounge was worth it. Only issue is noise from street. Emergency vehicles and honking. May be a Paris thing the loud traffic all night. Great stay overall

Overall low quality. Staff were not helpful - bags not taken to room, came into room despite do not disturb sign, etc. Sent us to restaurant that did not open for 2 hours once we got there. Keys had to be reloaded to room. Breakfast tables were filthy/not cleared, no one ever checked on us at breakfast. Room was a closet with terrible design - bathroom mirror was not usable due to being against wall behind sink. Bad lighting. Only one person in room could view TV due to location.

Good location for train & shopping

One night stay in Paris hotel literally next door to train station Saint Lazare, area quite nice good brasseries and shopping, easy access to transport and easy walking to Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Hotel room ok, clean but bathroom exceptionally small, bar nice to sit in but drinks expensive
