Staff was not friendly during check in, however my check out experience was okay with the other staff. Area is great if you want to be near to Gare du Nord, however it can be unsafe for female solo travellers- especially if you are asian. I was there on a Friday night and there were alot of people loitering around the hotel and it can be quite rowdy. My room was horrible, there was something wrong with the airconditioner which had a LOUD vibration sound every 10-15mins. It went on for the entirety of my stay, however I did not bother to change rooms as I was only there for a night. Cleanliness was mediocre as well. Room was tiny, as expected. Elevator wasnt the most friendly given it was an old building. Only 1 pax and a big luggage can fit. As an asian solo female traveller, I do not recommend this place.

Had a good stay. Decided on this hotel because it was literally a stone throw away from Gard du nord. We were pretty early for checkin and they were kind enough to hold our bags for us. However we may have left a pair of slippers in the room and tried contacting them via messages but no response to date. Otherwise convenient location near train station

Right beside a hostel that had partying every night. Tons of police sirens in the area and had a lot of street people selling cigarettes. My electronic adapters were not compatible as their outlets were oddly shaped and had to use ones that they loan. They also ask you to leave your room key with them when you leave for the day even though they do not ask for identification to pick it back up when re-entering.

Very close walk to the major train station Gare Du Nord like maybe 10 mins at most. So very convenient from the airport or other parts of Paris as most trains go to this station including the train to Disneyland. Rooms in Europe are much smaller than North American but the room was very nice and you can walk pretty much anywhere from here. Staff was friendly and spoke English.

Convenient location and good value for money

Not a fan of the area. Felt a bit chaotic, especially since we were staying when an important football match was going on. However the soundproofing in the room was great! Although we could hear how noisy it was outside from the bathroom, inside the room itself we were completely sheltered from the noise outside. Very convenient location and great for the price. Air con was good too.

The Hilton at Charles de Gaulle airport is perfect all around. Its proximity to the station and airport makes it very easy and convenient. Also all public transportation to Paris are easily accessible. The hotel has a very charming lobby. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable The breakfast has a nice selection and the restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The executive lounge is spacious with a nice selection of drinks.

Great location. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but that was not a surprise. Great location to use as a home base if you're going to use the Metro or bus (and you should!). We saw a *lot* of the city without a lot of difficulty.
