We loved our stay at this establishment. It was walkable to 3 different metro stations, in between Trocadero and Arc d' Triomphe- just perfect and great restaurants and boulangeries nearby as well. I cannot say enough about the staff, we were anxious about the language barrier but they always had someone who spoke English at the front desk. I tried to speak french and in things that I did not pronounce properly they were so kind and helped us through it, recognizing that we were trying out of respect to them. I honestly would stay there over and over again. The room size is as you would expect in Europe but exceptionally clean, room service everyday tidying up if you wanted. I think the building next door was having issues with their elevator so there was a noise that at first I thought was a bird, we had our windows open and that was the only time we could hear this noise. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a convenient area to the major sites!

The location of this hotel is good, not too far of a walk from the Eiffel Tower, however, I found that most of the restaurants within walking distance were not great, very touristy and expensive. The size of the room was good, very spacious, the bathroom was a good size by Paris standards. The coffee bar was ok, nothing special. Now, as far as customer service, my experience was very poor. This hotel is rated as a four star hotel and I believe I have received much better customer service from hotels with far lower ratings and pricing. The day we arrived and checked in, the staff did not make me or my family feel welcomed, they did not go over connecting to wifi, or make known any of the amenities available. Since I booked the room through Expedia, the reservation included a complimentary bottle of wine. Well, let's just say the hotel made it very difficult and unpleasant to redeem the complimentary wine voucher. I think it would have been best to just place the bottle in the room from the very beginning, instead of expecting the guest to chase around staff with a little coupon, that they will in turn act like they don't know what it is, and ask "what do you want?", in the most annoyed tone ever. The wine voucher was passed around to three different staff members before some guy went to the back of the bar and gave me my tiny bottle of wine. One night we spotted a mouse walking on the lobby bar counter.
