Stayed for 1 night at this hotel. Hotel is located just 5 minutes walking distance from Arc De Triumph. It is convenient and there are lots of restaurants and shops just nearby. We arrived early before check in and we were able to drop off and leave our luggage at the front desk. The room was standard, it is big enough for a family of 4. There was 2 free water bottles and coffee. The elevator was extremely small which is standard i guess in Europe. It can only accommodate 2 people at a time. There was a construction outside the hotel making the narrow road a bit narrower but it is manageable. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a one way street. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

I stayed at this hotel every time I visited Paris. This time I picked the suite. As the room faces to the atrium, it is very quiet at night and safe to open the window for better ventilation. The location is perfect and staff are friendly and helpful as always.

The room was okay but it was annoying to hear the cleaners at 9am as the walls are so thin. Its stuffy in the room. The disappointment was the washroom. The sink and the toilet are basically ontop each other and waking up to a silverfish on the floor is gross.

The hotel is very accessible to both the metro and the RER, just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Safe neighborhood and lovely coffee chops and fresh bistro near by..Overall, it was a perfect stay for five days of sightseeing in Paris.

We booked a junior suite with our two kids. Was a really nice large 2 room space - which separated us from our kids. Kids had a sofa bed and we had a large king. Check in staff very friendly. They kept our bags for us the next day before we went to the airport. Definitely recommend.

I have stayed at this property several times during my trips to Paris. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. They were able to help with transportation requests to the airports and train stations. The rooms were clean and the hotel was close to dining options and metro stops (Arc de Triomphe is within sight). I will stay there again when I visit Paris in the future.

* Hotel well located in city's center, two blocks from L'Arc de Triomphe plaza which connects to Champs Elysee. Several good local restaurants in area for lunch and dinner. * We (couple) had a two-person room. It was a bit cramped, space approx. 12 x 12 feet with bathroom quadrant. A larger room would have been more comfortable. * Single elevator. Elevator floor space insufficient to carry two persons with full luggage. Multiple people trying to take elevator to lobby to check out at same time creates severe bottleneck. * Staff friendly. Hotel undergoing renovations, including new back patio garden and social area.

Great location close to major transportation hub. Ideal if you want to take a train, subway or walk to your destinations. Great options for food nearby. Staff were very friendly and check-in/out was easy. Self serve laundry located 5 minutes away. I would book this hotel the next time we are in Paris!
