Excellent hotel

Amazing location, clean, luxurious and very comfortable hotel. We were upgraded to a Courtyard facing Suite, which was incredibly quiet considering the Hotel is so close to the Arc de Triomphe. An absolutely lovely hotel, that we definitely plan to visit again.

Elegant Hotel with Exquisite Style

The Napoleon was a beautiful hotel, and our stay was very comfortable. It's a clean and welcoming hotel and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. I also loved the design and feel of the hotel, the decor and decorations made me think of Paris in the 1700's lol. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Most beautiful experience. Stunning hotel with even better accommodating staff. Personally Mr. Walid at the reception desk stood out for me. This hotel was one of my worstttttt experiences. Very very old. Our room was in the 6th floor and full of spider and mosquitoes. This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel do not book this place and waste your money. I got lots of spider bites on my body I even told the staff but what can they do. I just don’t get how city ranked this hotel as a 5 star hotel. This hotel considered 2 star Motel in the USA.
