Someone entered my room when I stepped out, stole my money I had in my bag that I was travelling with to London and refused to pay me back. 2. They treated me so badly like I was a no body very racial and discriminating that’s the worse I’ve every experience since am travelling. Now am out of pocket and am trying not to make any problems

Worth what you pay at this hotel.

I selected the hotel for its transport location, which is excellent. Metro 13, TRAM & buses network is good and easy reach. The hotel is on a very noisy and busy road. For one night the Air Condition was not working and have to keep open the windows due to the hot weather, but had a sleepless night due to excessive noisy traffic. We are used to having a basic tea facilities available in your room in UK hotels. There was no kettle provided in the hotel. Cleanliness was also a bit issue like the bin in the toilet was missing and had to request to provide one through the receptionist.
