Basic room. Need of refurbishment. Shower very outdated not as detailed in pictures. Next door which we didn’t know is an arena, very busy and noisy. Lovely staff, room was clean. No coffee making facilities in room and Starbucks machine downstairs out of order, fresh breakfast. If your looking for somewhere just to lay your head it’s ok, if your looking for a bit more to your room, stay elsewhere.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While I chose to check out early for personal reasons, I found the staff to be warm and friendly, with a very accessible manager. Breakfast was good, and although the rooms are on the smaller side, that’s standard for Europe. The space was well-kept and comfortable.

Room could be better

Bed was very comfortable and the service was great, I haven’t talk to many staff but they always were very nice and lovely. That’s about the positive of the stay. The room could have make with a small refurbishment. The bathroom had mould a bit everywhere. Breakfast was ok but the pastries had an old taste, a bit like someone was baking cheese puff next to them. Different options available to cater for everyone (cheese and ham, yogurt bowl, pancakes…)

I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Bercy and had an excellent experience! The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, right beside the stadium (perfect for the concert I was attending), directly in front of the subway station, and just across from a great selection of restaurants. Everything I needed was within easy reach. I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service!

A perfectly fine budget tourist hotel. Breakfast can be really busy with quite limited options, but the hotel is well located with the metro right outside and Gare de Lyon very walkable. The bedrooms very comfortable and quiet although air conditioning is quite poor. I’d stay there again if I needed to be in the area.

The hallways are creepy and old. The room is very basic, only the bare minimum. The bathroom was beat up, dirty, sink was clogged. Room was very hot and of course the vent wasn't working. This place is OK if you just want a place to crash for a few hours, otherwise it's terrible, way below acceptable standards for this price range. Very disappointed, I won't go back to this hotel.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we had questions. The bar wasn’t open long enough however I understand that when there are not a lot of guests in the hotel, they need to adjust. Very convenient for the underground transportation, as well as walking, Ubers and so many dining options. Great location-we loved it.

I didn't like that the manager of this hotel is inconsiderate. We booked several rooms this March and we were requesting for refund in one of the rooms booked for 2 days but were never used. Manager just said, 'no'. While business is business a little consideration and sympathy would go a long way. Customers should be treated as human beings and businesses and managers should not just be running after money. I am so dissapointed with my experience with this manager, with this Ibis hotel and with Ibis as a whole.
