Very professional establishment and an amazing personal. They did everything in their power to make my stay as comfortable as possible. An amazing staff in all levels. Far enough outside of Paris’ city center to be quiet but not too far away. Seems like the whole neighborhood is going through an update. Our stay was good. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure what the policy with the breakfast eggs and yogurt are but once they’re gone, they’re gone. (LOL) Witnessed more than one guest told there were no more eggs or yogurt in the middle of the breakfast service. I guess one should get breakfast early… Nice place. Would stay again.

Strict minimum, can do better to improve service

On a positive, I can say that the room is big, modern and clean. It was also very calm. Now, in my opinion, a hotel called Kyriad Prestige should be more than that to improve the overall experience. For example, there is no deck in the bedroom to put the luggage, no wardrobe either, just a small place to hang your clothes next to the bed. There is enough place to add those things. I was on 8th floor and the Wi-Fi didn't work well. Not very practical when you need to work. Then the service, very average. At checking I had to ask twice to include breakfast. It wasn't asked proactively. Then although I took care to hang all my towels to save energy, they were however changed everyday. There is coffee capsules and a tea bag in the room, which is nice. I used on day one and, although I stayed 4 nights, it was never recharged. Worse, the cup wasn't even changed and the tea bags I used (ones that I bought were not cleaned). Breakfast was honestly quite poor. No milk neither normal nor vegetal. In the end, although my stay was not horrible, it's a very average hotel.

Pas de climatisation ! Réveil à 1:00 du matin en sueur. La municipalité d'Asnières interdirait la clim avant une certaine date (Mai/Juin?). Ce qui n'excuse en rien la température des chambres (24°C!). Second réveil à 7:00 par une alarme incendie. Un crétin aurait fumé dans sa chambre !? Ce qui ne réduit en rien le niveau sonore. Téléphone fixe épouvantablement complexe, aucune documentation fournie; pour info et après de multiples tentatives, l'accueil est le 9, mais il faut d'abord appuyer sur la touche talk pour avoir la tonalité. Mais comme vous attendez parfois assez longtemps, vous êtes déconnectés au bout de 2 mn 30. Petit déjeuner tout aussi décevant; tables non dressées, plus d'œufs brouillés à 8:00, jus d'orange industriel en carafe, presse agrumes et oranges disponibles mais le jus résultant est évidemment tiède. Cake à la pistache correct mais cake au citron au gout et parfum prononcés genre Monsieur Propre. Par ailleurs, hôtel tout neuf, douche et chambre nickels quoique sans penderie pour les vestes et manteaux, seuls les chemises sont à la taille de l'espace offert. N'espérez pas ouvrir vos fenêtres, elles sont seulement entrebaillables, et il y a le chantier de la ligne 15 juste en face et ce jusqu'en 2031! Le tout pour un prix pas si modique considérant qu'on n'est pas à Paris. Pour ce qui est du VIP Access, ils n'en ont jamais entendu parler et n'espérez aucun goodie. En conclusion, à éviter tant que le service ne s'est pas amélioré et au moins jusqu'en 2031.

Notre séjour a été très agréable ! La chambre était impeccablement propre et lumineuse, avec un agencement très fonctionnel. Nous avions demandé un lit double, mais les deux lits simples collés ont finalement offert un espace encore plus généreux – une belle surprise ! Nous avons passé une excellente nuit, bercés par le confort des lieux. Un grand merci au réceptionniste du soir pour son accueil chaleureux et son sourire : il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre arrivée des plus plaisantes.
