The hotel was lovely — clean, modern amenities, and good AC for the hot summer. Conveniently located. The staff was terrific! We were there for our birthdays and they surprised us with a note and gifts in our room! They were attentive and made everything easy to manage during our stay. I would stay here again when in Paris.

Tsuba ia a terrific place to stay. A beautiful place to stay. Every detail is thought out. The staff is friendly and helpful always. The only reason for the good vx. excellent is that the gym/spa has nothing to offer beside some cardio. A hotel advertising a gym should have a gym-- as thought out as much as the rooms. Sets of dumbells, and some machines for weight lifting would be great. There was no reason to even visit. Most home gyms are much equipped with a real gym than the Tsuba gym. It is the Achilles heal of an amazing hotel. I hope to return when a gym is installed. Thank you!

My 2nd Stay at Le Tsuba

Highly recommended. My three friends also stayed at this hotel this past weekend because I insisted in staying at this hotel. They wanted a hotel in Madeleine area but I chose Le Tsuba because the neighborhood is less crowded.

The hotel was fine and met our expectations. However, dealing with a third party on reservations, especially when it came to changes, was frustrating. Since we made two identical room reservations on one actual reservation, when we had to shorten one of the two it became complicated, and the hotel referred us to Expedia since that was the booking intermediary. After many emails and calls to Expedia, I finally decided to deal directly with the hotel sales manager upon arrival. Fortunately, he was helpful and I believe we resolved all cost issues. My suggestion: make one separate reservation for each room you book so there is no difficulty if you need to change things prior to arrival. DO NOT book multiple rooms on one reservation.
