You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in central Paris.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the area of the Opera, Galeries Lafayettes and department stores. It is one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also located right next door.

This apartment is located on the ground floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room where you can meet comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 8 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

Fabulous location! Communication was great and they were very helpful with recommendations, showing us around the r unit and helping with a little hiccup with the lights (completely my fault). The one bathroom was quite tight but it was nice that the toilet was separate from tue shower and sink. I would also suggest a few larger surfaces to put things down. Washing machine/dryer was easy to use and having the Metro right there was very convenient.

Our family of seven loved this LivinParis flat. It was well located on a quiet street—near great restaurants and the metro when we chose to use it—such as for a day trip to Fountainbleu and another to Versailles. The central location made it a joy to walk—to Montmartre; the Louvre; Eiffel Tower; Notre Dame; Galleries Lafayette; Musee D’orsay. Our communication with the LivinParis staff was excellent. They responded efficiently to our queries. Upon check-in, we were met by a staff member who introduced us to the flat. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer as we were coming from a week of walking in England. We would love to come again to enjoy this beautiful city with this lovely space as our home base.

Highly recommend. We are a family of 4 and we were so comfortable here. We like to prepare some of our meals and the kitchen and dining room were great. Overall great size, plenty of space. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. En suite bath for the master bed, which is great. Felt very secure. Very quiet. Very close to the subway and markets. A few cute restaurants right on the block. We would stay here again. 100% Also, it’s run by a company that maintains 40 rentals in Paris, so you have plenty of support if you need it.

Or flight was delayed by 5 hours and communication with their team coordinating receipt of a key was great. Clean property, we only had four and it could have easily accommodated 7 or 8. Ground floor access, yeah, ho hauling bags up stairs. We would stay here again.

First timer in Paris

Property was just as described. Located blocks from the metro in a residential neighborhood. Quiet, clean, convenient. Check-in process was seamless and concierge was full of knowledge about the residence and area. Property was spacious. Only downfall was the trashcans were located outside the back bedroom where other tenants would dispose of their garbage very early in the morning. Would recommend or stay there again.

A night spent in an authentic Parisian flat with family

We were a group of adults and one child spending a girls night in Paris. This flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was surprisingly spacious and well equipped and the check in manager was warm and welcoming and understanding when we had to push our check in time by an hour. We loved the cozy beds and linens and felt very cool opening the windows to the street. It was extremely quiet for a first floor unit and the neighborhood was convenient to everything. We would stay here in a heartbeat and do hot hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you for beautiful accommodations in Paris.

We can highly recommend this property. Adonis greeted us and provided an excellent explanation of the property. He found two problems even before we arrived, and they were promptly repaired. The repairman (Rick?) was very nice. Even though there were written instructions, Rick showed us use the dishwasher. When we had questions how to use the washer/dryer, they send us a helpful video. The location is excellent, very close to the Cadet Metro station. Just beyond the Metro station is an excellent bakery where we bought our breakfast each day. We were very happy with our stay.

Booking this apartment was easy, and communication from the host was great. They accommodated an early check-in and met us at the apartment to go over all of the details. It is a spacious and clean first floor unit and the street is relatively quiet. Everything we needed was included in the rental (laundry pods, nespresso pods, TP, etc). There were also several grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. Paris was experiencing a heat wave while we were there, and I requested extra flat sheets for the bed. Our host responded immediately and sheets were dropped off while we were out for the day. Fans were provided in all of the bedrooms, which definitely helped! We liked the area in the 9th. It felt safe and there were plenty of restaurants, a Starbucks, and a great gelato place, all just a few minutes from our front door. The cadet metro station was also very close, so easy to go anywhere in the city. This apartment was great for our group of 5, and we would definitely stay here again.
