Welcome to our sublime studio located in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the center of the City of Lights. Our studio is designed to comfortably accommodate two people and offers modern facilities to make your stay enjoyable.

Central location: You will be ideally located for exploring Paris. The Louvre, many restaurants and tourist attractions are within a short walking distance.

Welcome to our sublime 17 m2 studio located on the 1st floor without elevator in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the center of the City of Lights. Our studio is designed to comfortably accommodate two people and offers modern facilities to make your stay enjoyable.

Private bathroom: You will have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.

We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and we are on hand to accommodate your needs and provide information on local attractions. Book now and enjoy your stay in Paris in our comfortable and well located studio.
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

Ideally located in the sumptuous Louvre district, a few steps from the Louvre Museum and its Pyramid, 5 minutes from the Jardin du Palais Royal and its legendary Columns of Buren, and Place de la Concorde. You can stroll on the famous Pont des Arts, "lovers' bridge", go shopping on rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, and reach Saint Germain des Prés, the Champs Elysées or the Jardin des Tuileries on foot
It is a very lively neighborhood thanks to its many pedestrian streets which provide access to many restaurants, these trendy bars;

1.5 km from Notre-Dame de Paris, 10 minutes from the magnificent Place Dauphine on the Ile de la Cité.

Wonderfully located small apartment near the Louvre

Perfect for a couple days. It is a small space. No place for suitcases, and getting in and out of the bathroom requires stepping in the shower. The only issue we had was we were guaranteed no stairs, and we had to climb a flight of stairs with our luggage. Location was great though.

Great Location but compact and worn in parts

The good things: Host was very responsive to questions and allowed us to store our luggage at site before check in. Location is fantastic very close to RER (on the line from CDG airport) and Metro, maximum 5 minutes walk. Louvre 3-5 minutes, Seine 5-7 mins. Communal area: looks worn Room very compact but well kitted out fridge, microwave, crockery etc but you would have to sit on the bed. The room works for small people but would be tight if you don’t fall into that grouping. To get into the toilet you have to step into the shower then close the door. We had 02 the only window was into the light well but we weren’t going for a view. The door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t shut and the shower head leaked from above, but for that it would have been a good shower. Storage of luggage is available at an office about 10 minutes walk away after 10am.

Beautiful and Quiet

This home away from home was the perfect size for me. It was clean and smelled great. Strategically placed near the Louvre, Cafes, and stores. Great location for walking and getting out to see the city. I’d stay here every time that I’m in Paris. 10 out of 10

Incredible location

The location can't get much better unless you were staying IN the Louvre. Clean, but narrow stair climb and the space is small. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.
