La chambre était propre, mais les jeunes qui travaillent à l’accueil n’étaient pas vraiment gentils, on dirait qu’ils détestent leur boulot. moi personnellement je vous conseille d’enseigner les jeunes comment de comporter à l’accueil et peut-être d’avoir une sourire de temps en temps.

Good location/hotel

I paid for a premium room with balcony but on the first night they said that the premium room wasn’t available and had to do standard the first night and change in the morning. They tried to compensate us with a free breakfast, which we were not interested in. Apart from that it was a good hotel in a great location but building works outside spoiled the experience a little bit.

My major complaint about this property is the bathtub. It is very difficult to get in and out of. It is very high and there are no grabber bars. It literally took me 10 minutes to figure out how I would manage to get out without falling in a wet tub.

Excellent value quiet hotel. We are a family of 4 staying in Paris for 3 nights after Disneyland. Even though it was the weekend there was no street noise. The hotel also has cold filtered and sparking water available in the halls for your water bottle, nice touch! Breakfast was lovely and kids under 12 are free :-) would stay again.
