Summary:

Located on rue Saint-Placide in the 6th arrondissement, this apartment is within walking distance of the Luxembourg Gardens (10min) and Montparnasse train station (15min). It offers quick access, in 15 to 25 minutes by metro, to major Paris landmarks: Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre-Dame, Invalides, Concorde, Palais Garnier. The shopping street includes bakeries, grocery stores, greengrocers, restaurants, La Grande Épicerie de Paris. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Linen and Wi-Fi are included.



The Space:

There are two bathrooms. One is en suite with a bedroom for added privacy, while the other is accessible from the living room. Both are modern and equipped with showers, sinks, and practical storage. Towels are provided.



High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The place is ready to welcome you in the best conditions, with bed linen provided and a welcome pack offered on arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Check-in is autonomous via a secure key box located about an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing.

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

- Pets are allowed, provided they are added as guests before booking.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
