The Space:

This Haussmann-style apartment combines Parisian charm with modern comfort. Located on the fifth floor with an elevator, it features original wooden floors, elegant moldings, and decorative fireplaces. The bright double living room is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Montmartre. Two sofas, a coffee table, and a dining area create a warm, inviting atmosphere.



The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. A full set of tableware is provided: large plates, soup bowls, dessert plates, water and wine glasses, as well as pots, pans, and utensils.



The two peaceful and bright bedrooms reflect the elegance of the apartment. One has a double bed with high-quality bedding, the other has two single beds—ideal for a family or group of friends. Bed linen and a set of towels per person are provided.



The bathroom features a unique triangular bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. You’ll also find a hair dryer, towel rack, trash bin, and bath mat. The toilet is separate and includes a small hand basin for added convenience.



The full-length balcony lets you enjoy a view of Parisian life in peace. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in a spacious and authentically Parisian setting. Essential consumables (toilet paper, dish soap, coffee pods, etc.) are provided on arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the apartment. It is designed for self check-in, with the keys securely placed in a key lockbox. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, regardless of the time.

Nearby public transport:

• “Lamarck - Caulaincourt” metro station (line 12): Just a 3-minute walk, it connects you quickly to central Paris (Saint-Lazare, Concorde, Montparnasse).

• “Abbesses” metro station (line 12): About 7 minutes on foot, close to the heart of Montmartre and its charming streets.

• “Blanche” metro station (line 2): A 10-minute walk, offering direct access to the Champs-Élysées (via Charles de Gaulle - Étoile) and Nation.



Nearby tourist attractions:

• Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur: Less than 10 minutes’ walk, climb to the basilica and enjoy panoramic views of Paris.

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.





As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
