Deposit: A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner. Lease and Inventory Process: * A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted. * A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure. Check-Out Options: * Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out. * Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from âŹ35, payable upon departure. Pet Policy: * Pets are welcome for a monthly fee of âŹ150 per pet (except for properties where pets are not accepted).

Wow, what a great little spot, perfect for a couple, very quiet, clean and modern, the neighborhood is EXTREMELY well situated and gives you access to pretty much everything. Awesome local restaurants just down the street, very safe, just the perfect launch pad to explore the city on foot or just enjoy a great night in the neighborhood. A little gem...
This apartment was a great quiet location on a side street with a fabulous cafe and restaurant a few doors down. All major attractions are walking distance. It was great being able to do laundry when traveling with a child. The check in process was very easy as the host was gracious enough to meet us. I recommend this property. It was exactly as described.
Great Location, Difficult entry first floor with narrow winding staircase- Do not consider if you have any mobility issues. Was not exactly as pictured, they changed appliances and the new table and chairs are terrible, CHEAP . Bathroom was a joke, European but So small, Big people stay away you wont be able to sit on commode, rolling door did not close all the way. All that being said Beds were comfortable and linens clean. Not many choices for 2 beds on VRBO Paris so would recommend if this is a need.
