I’ve never written a review before, but this was bad enough that I need to warn others. Disaster -
This listing is extremely misleading. The entire "apartment" has no windows that allow in natural light—zero natural light anywhere. It was cold, dark, and nothing like the photos - felt like it was a storage room they converted.
The area rug was dangerously curled and caused multiple people, including our toddler, to trip. It was an obvious safety hazard. After a full day, management said they would “fix the rug,” which is meaningless when the issue should never have existed. We left instead.
The layout makes no sense. One “bedroom” felt like a converted storage room, and the upstairs bedroom required crouching just to access luggage or furniture. The bathroom had no outlets, and the only mirror was by outlets that didn’t work—so we got ready against a wall.
We booked this to relax and enjoy Christmas near Montmartre. Instead, we got stress, hassle, and corporate, scripted responses. We never slept there and left immediately, booked a nearby hotel, and still had our refund denied—despite sending photos.
This is not an individual host; it’s a corporation. Buyer beware.
The only positive: the neighborhood is very cute. Otherwise, do not recommend.
