Enjoy a comfortable stay in this pleasant apartment, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in a typically Parisian setting. Daily housekeeping is included, as well as a dedicated team available throughout your stay to assist you.

The living area offers a welcoming lounge space with two double sofa beds, a dining table, and a television perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or sharing quality time together.

The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living room, is modern and fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare your meals on site, whether for a relaxed breakfast.

The sleeping area consists of two separate bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a comfortable bed, a beautiful wooden wardrobe with ample storage space, and direct access to the terrace—ideal for enjoying the outdoors in complete privacy.
The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a television, and a wooden wardrobe as well, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest.

The apartment includes two modern bathrooms, each fitted with a shower. One of them also includes a toilet, offering excellent everyday comfort. A separate room with an additional toilet is also available.

The terrace is a true highlight: a pleasant outdoor space with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast, soaking up the sun, or unwinding after a day in Paris.

Housekeeping is provided every day between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., without linen replacement, only if the door hanger in your room is placed on the outside door handle before 4 p.m.
Linen changes can be arranged on request, at an additional cost. Additional services can also be provided, such as taxi or breakfast reservations.

The apartment is located in a building with an elevator and features air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light and feel at home from the moment you arrive.

In the basement, to the right as you exit the elevator, there is a washing machine and dryer available for your use. Please use these between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors.

Getting into the building was easy, but the code didn’t work to get into the apartment. It took multiple phone calls over almost half an hour before we were finally told to use the same code used to enter the building; not a good start to our experience.I don’t want to say that the description of the property and accompanying pictures are wrong, but they are a bit misleading. Because we were coming off an 8-day river cruise, one of our “must-haves” was a washer and dryer. There is access to laundry facilities… in the basement, not in the apartment; this was not clear in the description. The bathroom situation is odd, to say the least. A toilet room and a full bathroom are located next to the front door. The full bath had an odor in the shower that was absolutely awful! We had to run the shower for a couple of minutes to make the smell go away before getting in. One bedroom has no bathroom and the other has a sink and shower, but no toilet. The sink in the ensuite quickly backed up and was very slow to drain. We made the bath situationwork, but it was, at times, inconvenient. There was one hair dryer, which didn’t work.The window shades don’t go all the way down, meaning that light from street lamps or the courtyard pours into the rooms and my wife needs complete darkness to sleep. The side reading lights in the bedroom without the bathroom didn’t work.

Recently renovated apartment, comfortable beds and linen, well-equipped kitchen, convenient location for public transit. We would stay here again without hesitation.
