Overall Great Stay

The location of this apartment is excellent--very close to main metro lines and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. It is a tight space and the third bedroom is very small. We managed the stairs fine, but they are narrow and it would be tricky with large suitcases. Everything was great for us, except we expected a washer/dryer so had to go to a laundry mat a couple blocks away.

What a lovely apartment in the heart of Paris. It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly and was so close to the metro, lovely restaurants, grocery store and the river and Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would definately stay again.

Beautiful apartment

We loved our 3 night stay at Jacques's apartment. It is gorgeous and very roomy. Or family of 5 have more than enough room to live and sleep comfortably. Just note, there are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment, but it was SO worth it. The apartment is located in a great location. Many wonderful restaurants and shops close by. You are surrounded by the fun, busy Paris magic! There is a huge supermarket only a few minutes away. The Eifel tower and other landmarks are about a 20 minute walk. We were able to take short Ubers to see many other wonderful parts of the city. There is a metro station located right outside the apartment if you choose to use the metro. Don't hesitate and book this place. Thank you Jacques for a wonderful stay!

Spring Break in Paris

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location was ideal, right next to the Metro and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. There was plenty of room for all five of us, me and my husband and our three children. The apartment was charming. The host was very easy to communicate with. We loved it.

Enjoyed our stay. Super close to the tram, Eiffel Tower and enjoyed walking through the Sunday market under the tracks. Neighborhood is surprisingly quiet at night.

Great Stay!

This was our first time using VRBO. The apartment was just as described and easily accommodated our group of 5. It was clean and quiet. There are several stairs up to the apartment, but we didn’t find it to be a problem at all. The location is great with a metro station across the street and many restaurants in the area. The Eiffel Tower is an easy and pleasant 10-15 minute walk. The check in process was easy, and the host responded quickly to messages and provided all of the information we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us!

The apartment was perfect for our family, privacy for everyone, but also had an enough space to gather together. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet for being in the city. It was a beautiful space and the location was extremely convenient. We were able to easily access the whole city. We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved our Stay!

Such a great place to stay as we explored the city for 4 days! The location was our favorite part! We stayed with 3 adults (myself, my husband & my 74 year old mom) and our 3 kids (ages 13, 11 & 10). Everything was exactly as the description said and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place in Paris

I highly recommend this place for a large group. There was 6 of us staying here and found it perfectly comfortable. Great access to restaurants, laundry, pastries, coffee shops, transit, etc. The stairs were a bit much for my 78 year old dad but if he can manage so can you! I would highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment.

Great apartment in a fantastic location!

This was our first time in Paris and it was a treat to stay at Jacques’ apartment! The location is perfect - so close to the Metro and great cafes/restaurants. It was also a bonus to have the Monoprix just down the block. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV but the wifi worked great (although the signal was a bit weak in the bedrooms). It would have been nice to have a few more towels since we were there for 1 week but otherwise everything was great! Merci Jacques!

Proximity to the Eiffel Tower, metro, and McDonalds/Grocery.

This was the perfect find for our first time in Paris. Located directly across from the Metro, we were able to drop our luggage upon training in, and then navigate wherever we wanted. We took advantage of the quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, as well as other amenities like the McDonalds and Monoplex grocery to help make traveling to Paris affordable with kids. The accommodations were perfect and the stairs were no big deal.

Great location

We loved this cute apartments! It is within walking distance of so many good restaurants and attractions. Only downside is that there’s no elevator and the unit is on the 4th (5th floor, as ground level is level 0). Getting luggage up with a bit of a challenge but we loved our stay otherwise

Amazing first trip to Paris
