Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Cependant une odeur bizarre qui m’a bien gĂȘnĂ©e. TrĂšs bruyant car il y a un bar juste en bas ouvert jusqu’à minuit. Pas de personnel d’accueil, arrivĂ©e en autonomie, plus proche du air bnb que d’un hĂŽtel. TrĂšs bonne situation dans Paris (Ă  peine 10min Ă  pieds de Mogador)

De indications claires pour accĂ©der Ă  la chambre car pas d’accueil. Mais finalement pas gĂȘnant. Seul bĂ©mol, plus de shampoing dans le distributeur dans la douche et nuit un peu bruyante car chambre donnant sur la rue. Par contre chambre trĂšs propre.

NĂ©gatif: La tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Je ne sais dire si c’est de l’iptv ou pas. La moquette du palier est sale avec des taches de je ne sais quoi comme ci l’aspirateur est passĂ© il y’a plus d’un an. Les serviettes sont vieillottes , il faut penser Ă  les remplacer avec des neuves. Positif: chambre bien rangĂ©e et propre et lit confortable. Mail pour donner les accĂšs Ok

Pior experiĂȘncia que tivemos na vida, fomos expulsos do quarto por uma mulher doida, que chegou batendo com força na porta, logo que abri ela foi entrando para dentro do quarto, começou a jogar as malas pra fora do quarto, bater palmas e mandando sair urgente lĂĄ de dentro, eu pedia 3 minutinhos pra me organizar, ela nĂŁo autorizou e continuou nos ofendendo. Isso as 11:45 AM.

Service client déplorable, évitez ce logement !

Manque total de considération pour le client ! Ce logement étant un studio et non pas un hÎtel, personne ne vous accueille. Sur le site ils précisent qu'il vous envoient un mail avec les instructions 48h avant, or il n'en est rien. Ce n'est que parce que je les ai contactés qu'ils m'ont transmis les informations, 4h avant mon arrivée. Inadmissible. Par ailleurs, alors que l'on était en alerte météo neige, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Je les ai contactés à 18h par WhatsApp, suivant la procédure affichée sur la porte, et ils m'ont répondu le lendemain matin, une fois que j'avais quitté le studio. J'ai gelé toute la nuit. Enfin, le lavabo est totalement bouché et les draps étaient plein de poils. Le service client est déplorable. Business business... Fuyez !
