Bien situé et l'accueil est impeccable !

Notre séjour était bien passé. L’hôtel très bien situé , facile à trouver et il y a pas mal de restaurants autour. L’hôtel possède un laverie, pas cher et propre !

Challenges and Discomfort

Upon our late-night arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by an unstaffed front desk, resulting in a 40-minute wait for assistance. Unfortunately, we were then accommodated in a room designed for guests with disabilities, which posed challenges, particularly with the shower setup requiring us to bend uncomfortably. Additionally, the room was plagued by a persistent, unpleasant odor, seemingly emanating from the carpet. To further complicate matters, the shower drain was clogged, exacerbating our overall dissatisfaction with the experience.

Thank you for sharing with us about your experience during your stay on Saturday March 16th. As your comments are very unusual for our hotel, we are taking them quite seriously. We do recognize your late-arrival at 12:19 AM and that it took our associate 11 minutes to return (per our lobby time stamped cameras) During the graveyard hours, we do typically run with a smaller staff as most hotels in our product class do. This may sometimes stretch our team a little thin in the very late evening hours. This is rarely, if ever, a problem. That being said, it was a problem during your arrival and we do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. I do hope the adjustment to your bill and apology upon your check-out was satisfactory. Your reservation was for a room with 2 beds. We did have an upgraded room with 2 queen beds available. However, it’s our understanding that you wanted to be in the main building. We did attempt to make other options available but those were also declined by you. In regard to the challenges you experienced during your stay. The shower head, is a wand type shower head and is adjustable should one need to raise, lower or remove it and use as a hand held shower head. We’ve checked the shower this morning and found it to be in good working condition. Unfortunately we were unable to recreate the shower drain clog as it did flow fine during our inspection. The odor in the room that you mention is something we did not recognize during our inspection. Again, we do sincerely apologize for your wait at check in and will be happy to refund you for your entire stay. Please contact Expedia directly as any and all adjustments must be managed through Expedia as that’s where you booked through.

We switched from another hotel and really liked the newer styled rooms and hotel.
