Soi 8 if u like to go Soi 6 or the surrounding. Tree town walking distance. Alot of massage parlour & bars. Eatery also nearby. Indian & Thai food. This hotel have Indian restaurant.

Old style hotel with few type of excellent room

Step in the place of 1980 building style. Been staying here since after the pandemic. The manager & staff are all friendly. Typewriter still being used for guest record & hotel slips

At this price point it delivered on value of a comfy convenient quite stay in central location. Facility could definitely use some eye pleasing updates, so just have to overlook the small things. Staff very friendly in working with Expedia to confirm early check out and refund. Location is great next to Central Pattaya mall with great food court. Yet amidst all the actions you actually get good sleep, in fact more noise from air con than streets below. Room size is decent but, no toiletries, no inroom safe, single chair that barely slides under so impossible to sit like a table. But hey small tradeoffs to save big dollars I'm ok.

Lil gem of a hotel in an A+ location

By western standards this is a 2-3 star hotel that is outdated. However, I upgraded to a nicer room with a double balcony and double glass sliding doors. I enjoyed this room despite no safe and no microwave. Good cable TV options and cold AC. Wifi was fine. Nice rooftop pool with plenty of loungers to sun. Cleaning staff did a nice job keeping my room tidy. Manager and front desk guy were incredibly helpful with just about any inquiries or help I needed during my stay. Location is great just one block from the beach and half a block from Central Pattaya mall. Easy walk to plenty of entertainment, but the mall is key due to the massive food court with tons of options. I will stay here again next visit.

Good value for money. Location is perfect

Rooms are spacious and clean. Noise from night life was moderate but if you come to Pattaya this should not be an issue (not loud but not silent either ). The view on the terrace (where the pool is ) is perfect. View to the sea from a distance and buildings. Around all the nightlife the city has to offer. Walking distance from the main shopping center, Hilton Hotel, beach , night life in general.
