This stay was very enjoyable & among the best on our SE Asia trip, which included 10 different hotels. It was clean, the staff was excellent, wonderful breakfast, enjoyed to pillows, and the onsen. The value was also incredible!

Checking or credit card information

Everything was good the only thing I did not like is I asked to see if I could pay for a car to pick me up from the airport and was told yes but, I had to pay with credit card which was no problem except they wanted me to give them my checking account info or fill out a form of my credit card. This day and age that is something I was not willing to do and they stated that was the only way. NOT GOOD AT ALL

Good hotel in an area convenient for anyone needing to do business or needing accommodation in the Ao Udom / Laem Chabang area. Brilliant breakfasts, good restaurant, good bar … usual service expected of any Holiday Inn with the staff going even further with their customer care
