Customer Service Training Needed

The service was mediocre at best. The first day I came back to my room there had been zero room service. I went to front desk and asked about getting clean bath linen and if my room was overlooked during servicing. The gentleman with about as much customer service value as a rabid dog replied, you have to request room service if you want it. I informed him that for the remainder of my stay I would like at least clean washcloths daily. That lasted for 2 days. Then again upon returning to my room, no service had been completed. Again I went to the front desk and requested clean bath supplies. Then when I checked out, bill was supposedly paid in full in advance, there was some random charge on my cc for $5.87. It was not worth the aggrieved to call and try and get it taken off. The rooms were clean, basic hotel rooms and it was quiet at night. So I guess just be happy for the small stuff when you are suddenly dropped in PV OK to bury your mom. Will not stay here again while setting her estate or ever if possible.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONSTRUCTION HOTEL

I would highly recommend staying far away from here. The indoor pool that is advertised is out of order, the entire place is under construction and there are workers walking around everywhere. We didn't feel safe and we booked the hotel room for 2 nights and on our last night, the front desk worker came to our room and told us we werent supposed to be there. We were so confused because we paid $300 for 2 nights and she said we were only checked in for 1 night. She came back to our room two times until i had to tell her to stop coming to our room and call me on the phone.we left that night beacuse we felt so uncomfortable. what a waste of money.They are so unprofessional and i will be reaching out to hotels.com about this terrible service, stay far away

The hotel was under renovation. The pool was closed and some carpet in hallway was missing. Our room was done , but the bathroom door didn’t latch,or lock. The front door was missing the pep hole cover.

The breakfast bar is very good. The pool was cold for being an inside pool. My kids loved it. We were all 4 very comfortable in the two Queen bed room option. They also offer dove bath products which is nice.

Bugs in the hallway. Was “upgraded” to a suite and could hear the music from lobby/entrance all night.
