Horrible experience.
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HotelsBooked a 2 queen bed room and when we arrived they didn’t tell us our room was no longer available. Instead they gave us our key and sent us up to our room to find we were actually given a room with one king bed for two adults and two 14 year old boys. We went back down to get the room we paid for and was told that our room was given away and they were now sold out. On top of no longer having a room at this location there was no rooms available at any hotel within 50 miles. We are currently waiting on our refund for the hotel room plus a $50 hold that was placed on our card when we checked in. We now have to wait 7-10 business days to get our refunds.

Everything about my stay was great... From check-in to the room to checking out. Mia is also amazing and very helpful.. we will definitely be back & recommend this property

We visit Pell City often. This was our first time staying here and we had no complaints. It was a beautiful property, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I do wish all hotels would eliminate all carpet tho! Tile or laminate just feels so much cleaner. We will definitely stay here again!

Did not havevthe famous cinnamon rolls or milk for cereal. I like the Holiday Inn Express because of the breakfast and especially the hot cinnamon rolls. Major disappointment!
