The property feels like a small boutique resort, with the comforts and luxuries of home, featuring brand-new interiors and modern amenities. You will have access to all five units, a great place for large family gatherings, weddings and special occasions. The large sandy beach is perfect for families with children, and there’s plenty of space for sunbathing!

Our beautiful 5-unit property located on a stunning stretch of Georgian Bay shoreline offers the ideal balance of privacy, comfort, and luxury. With 5 separate units available, this spacious property can easily accommodate up to 31 guests, making it perfect for larger groups.

The property feels like a small boutique resort, offering both shared spaces and private moments. Each suite has brand-new interiors and comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including its own private entrance, BBQ, and firepit.

Whether you`re hosting a family reunion, wedding, or special event, this property offers the perfect backdrop. The large shared beach with shallow entry water is great for families, while the spacious lawn provides ample room for picnics, BBQs, and outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy a variety of water toys such as kayaks, paddleboards, and water trampolines.

Waterfront Amenities: With 270 feet of private shoreline, guests can enjoy a wide range of water activities. The sandy beach with shallow water entry is perfect for families. Water toys, including kayaks and paddleboards are available for all guests. We’re located next to a marina and boat rental company.

This kit is meant to get you started. Once these items run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.

🐾 Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome, but must be added to your reservation and approved in advance.
Our pet policy is as follows:
- Pets are NOT permitted on any beds. Our linens are white, and we work hard to keep them in excellent condition.
- If you wish to have your pet on the bed with you, please bring your own bedding.
- Pets must never be left unattended, indoors or outdoors.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.
- Any damage caused by your pet is the owner’s full responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
- Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disturb neighbours.
- You must clean up after your pet in the yard.

Suitability Notice:
Please note that some of the units may not be suitable for infants, children, or those with mobility issues due to the presence of bunk beds, loft ladders, and spiral staircases. If you have any concerns about accessibility, please reach out to discuss the best options for your group.

Guests will have access to the entire property, yard and waterfront.

Our cleaners and groundskeepers may be onsite during your stay. We are always available by phone or text if you need anything.

We can also assist you with coordinating any services you may need for your stay, including massage, catering, yoga, classes, boat tours etc. Please enquire to learn more

-The Georgian Bay water levels can change, affecting the size of the beach, but the large grassy area is always available.
- Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

Important Information

Please note that Rolling Sands Retreat is a family-friendly and quiet environment. We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low, particularly after 10 PM. If you are hosting a special event please note that all bylaws relating to noise and other disturbances must still be respected.

House Rules: We ask that all guests follow the house rules to ensure that neighbouring units can enjoy peace and quiet. This helps maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Whether you’re here with family or friends, we encourage all visitors to respect the shared spaces.

Watercraft use is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any incidents. If you plan to bring your own boat, the nearby marina has docking services, and Diverse Rentals offers a 10% discount to our guests.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.

A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
Up to 5 pets are permitted during your stay. Please ensure that you have added them to the booking and agree to our pet policy.

Our pet policy is as follows:
You must never leave your pets unattended
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside
Any damage caused by your pet will be 100% your responsibility and you will have to cover the cost of any repairs.
Do not allow your pets to bark excessively or disturb the neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet.
Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we`d like to keep them that way) so that our linens don`t get stained or accumulate dog hair.

Out of respect for the neighbours please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.

This property has a maximum occupancy of 31 guests on the property at any time. Exceeding this limit may result in a request to leave, and additional charges for extra guests will apply. All guests must be registered at the time of booking. Extra guests, including day visitors, are not permitted. Please keep noise levels down and respect each other`s space. We thank you for being the best guests ever!
