Straight ahead is a gorgeous great room with lake facing windows and a door that lead out to the balcony patio. A stunning brick, decorative fireplace is situated on the south wall and a comfortable sectional sofa and loveseat are provided for relaxing and taking in the peeping views of Keuka Lake. A beautiful wood dining table is located on the other side of the great room and leads into the updated kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and glass backsplash.

Just down the hall is a full bathroom with step in shower, and two of the four bedrooms. An additional passage bedroom is available. Pass through an open concept bedroom with twin bed and trundle to get to each of the private bedrooms on this floor. Each of the two bedrooms offers a queen bed and airy décor.

Following the staircase downstairs, the lower level features the additional two bedrooms; one with queen bed and the other with two twin beds and the second full bath.

After hours of adventuring the Finger Lakes each day, retreat to the lower-level bonus room to play pool or ping pong. Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool or ping pong and see who wins the most throughout the week.

Open the doors from the lower level and walk down the path leading to the lakefront. There you'll find the outdoor kitchen and lounge area. This space is perfect for enjoying the view while staying shaded from the sun, especially when you turn on the ceiling fans on to allow extra comfort on a hot summer day.
