The reception staff struggled to find our reservation and we needed to wait for a couple of minutes for them to sort it out. We were a bit upset because she said they have never received payments upfront from any booking websites in the past and she couldn’t find our payment as well. When she found out our booking, she said “You didn’t book through Hotel.com, it was Expedia. That’s why I couldn’t find it.” It didn’t take long to sort out the problem but we didn’t feel great about how she talked to us. For everything else, it was great and more than worth for the price. Around 5km to Tops Plaza.
