The Hotels smelled the staffs was rude the tap water smelled like algae I would avoid this hotel poor ventilation in the room I would have left before I checked but I was flying the next morning so I just delt with it is a terrible place

First we were greeted by smell of weed, they gave terrible wifi, they didnt come fix our room until we left, there was plenty of bugs and ants everywhere, they didnt switch up the breakfast, and the only good thing about them was the elevators. They need to clean up better fix the walls and clean under the beds made it seem like they had bed bugs under the bed, they had ants so bad that we left a little piece of food and came back ants were all in it enjoying they even had ants before we had food. The floor needs work also but they could do better and we seen room services people they knocked once and never came back to do anything. The telephone to call doesnt even work. The hotel is old needs renovation

I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and this one was a little bit different than previous stays in the way that you can’t take your complimentary breakfast upstairs which was a bit annoying for me because my boyfriend was still sleeping and I wanted to bring him some food up but couldn’t. The area surrounding looks a wee bit worn down. I didn’t feel in danger or anything though. The room was decent! Clean enough. No stains or funny smells or anything. I disinfect everything anyways no matter where I stay. The team at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I was a bit thrown off by the $100 security deposit because I’ve never had to do that before at any other Comfort Inn but I imagine that’s due to the location surrounding and sketchy individuals.

The hotel was in the middle of a bad area it was dirty and nasty I demanded to not be charged and we didn’t stay there

Thank you for the kind Feedback. The area is absolutely safe. We have a reputed University opposite of the hotel and another hotel and a restaurant in walking distance. There has not been any bad incident in the hotel. We could have addressed the issue if you would have come to the Reception. We always work hard to make the guest stay comfortable and pleasant.

Check in was perfect. I got to the room and it was perfect at first sight. When I went in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broken. The door had a shoe print on it like someone tried to kick the door in. The door was splitting at 2 different spots which also made me think someone tried to kick it in. The door to the hallway had a huge chunk where the paint came off. The air conditioner was so noisy. It woke me up all night. All showers get slick when wet, but this one gets really slippery. Being a bigger person, the bathroom is a little tight when on the potty. The sink is way too close to it, lol. I was really glad they had the air on. Thankful for the fridge and the microwave. Plenty of towels / rags since it was only an overnight trip. So glad they gave 2 shampoo and conditioner since I shower at night and morning. Ive stayed here several times before and always felt safe. And so glad they give 4 pillows!! Bed was comfy.

There are many better choices for hotels. The hotel was quite dirty and staff was not friendly. Also, with very limited amenities, the hotel required a $100 hold for incidentals. It has been 5 days since I checked and I have still not received my $100 back yet.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It usually takes 7-10 business days for the deposit to come back to you. It is not the hotel holding the funds it is the Bank so we have no control. Also, what amenities you did not find at the hotel. We have Free Hot Breakfast, Free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet, Guest Laundry, Ice Machine, Vending Machines, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Hair Dryer, Iron, Premium toiletries, High End Serta Mattress, Over 100 channels on TV, Access to Gym, 24-hour Coffee Station in the lobby, Free Shuttle Service to and from Airport. The staff is very friendly. So it is still a mystery what amenities were limited. Every hotel charges for incidentals and more than 100, so we cannot figure out where the issue is. If your funds are not on your card then it is your Bank's responsibility and not the Hotels responsibility as the funds were released upon check-out. But we look forward to seeing you again and we hope to make your stay more pleasant in your next stay.

The room did not have a number on it , I reported it to the clerk he stated there were no more room , got in the room there was no Electric working , reported it to the clerk he gave me a new room , even though he said there wasn’t any room left , I was so upset about the whole thing I just gave him the key and went home

Sorry for the inconvenience. But please be truthful in providing the review. You booked a room at a very discounted rate. The Room type you selected was not sold out and you were not eligible for any upgrade. Despite that you were given an upgraded room and you stayed the whole night and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. So I kindly request please be truthful in the review. You have been looking to get a free pass ever since you checked-in. But we appreciate your feedback and we will make sure all the concerns are addressed.
