Arrivée tard ( minuit) j’étais attendue et très bien accueillie. Chambre confortable et agréable. Personnel aux petits soins. Super !

The parking policy has changed and is limiting the ability to conveniently access and unload luggage. The new policy penalizes guests of the hotel and makes it very inconvenient. They are charging 2x the amount of the parking garage rate! And the hotel does not warn guests of this parking penalty before arrival, thus creating an annoyance for unsuspecting guests.

The information (or lack of) that was presented to us about parking during check in varied between two different staff. During check out, the woman was most helpful. I forgot her name but she had remembered mine after I got coffee. She is African American and has short hair. Thanks to her. Also, The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
