Très mauvaise expérience. La toilette était bloqué dans la chambre, aucune possibilité de changer de chambre. Après plusieurs appel à la réception, on ce fait répondre que quelqu'un y verra le lendemain matin. Aucun moyen de parler à un responsable, nous désirons une compensation, nous avons laisser nos coordonnées, envoyé au moins 2 courriels, aucun retour de leurs part .Très mauvais service.

Detoxed the room a lil bit better and hallways smelled like straight period blood mixed with cigarettes smell

DON’T BOOK!

Would not recommend to anyone unless in need of a bed for the night. Me my girlfriend and my daughter (4 months) went to stay at this hotel, and immediately I knew I booked wrong. While in the lobby checking in my girlfriend noticed a sign that said elevators are down. Then when going to the room the carpet were dirty, the corner of the doors all had paint dust and mold stains. We go into the room and first thing we see on the closet door is a Stink bug. Next after capturing it and flushing it, we look in the fridge and find crumbs and pubic hair. Next the bathroom again pubic hair, then we get to the bed and see a dirt stain on one of the blankets. The bed itself was comfortable but tbh I would never stay here again.

Dirty

The hotel halls were dirty and there was a leak from the ceiling in the main hallway. The elevator was broken. The rooms smelled bad - were supposed to be smoke free, but was a hint of smoke. My friend's room had dirty dental floss in their bathroom upon arrival. The hotel needs lots of TLC.
