Overall it is a nice place to stay when visiting Philadelphia. A little inconvenient to have to use the service elevator for all 4 days of the visit since the main elevator was in need of repair. Parking is what it is, but be nice if the place partnered with a garage for a flat rate and safer environment when parking at night. Units are great! Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean. Only suggestion, add ceiling fans to the bedrooms for better air circulation.

The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet I had to use a plunger 😡 The kitchen sink had low drainage also!!!😡 Plumbing sucks literally! But I will say The apartment/studio is updated clean and modern. I requested more towels I got no response And the main elevator was out of order

Decent stay

Overall it was an okay stay. I appreciated the complimentary air plugs because we could hear the adjacent neighbors during our whole stay (I don’t think they ever turned their TV off). Although the heat in the bedroom worked well it was hard to keep the room warm because the draft from the window/brick wall made one side of the bed very cold (drapery could help with that) and without an area rug the concrete floor was freezing. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the pillows were thin and the bed linens didn’t fit the mattress - and if we didn’t stay for 4 nights this would’ve been less of an issue. We chose this option because of the kitchen and in-unit laundry as we were traveling with our 19 month old, and it was in walking distance to the events we were attending for the weekend. Definitely appreciated that there was always someone at the first floor desk.

I didn’t stay as I felt uncomfortable at the hotel. I didn’t feel safe so I left. I’d like a full refund as I didn’t stay at all.
