We were had a problem with the TV that we texted on to get fixed one time but it happened again so gave up and used our own iPad. Also unable to get fresh bath towels. They only leave a few in a cabinet in the hallway and those go quickly. There was some kind of water leak outside causing a river outside the window. If there was staff on hand could would have communicated it to them. Got followed from the subway so be street smart when walki by around.

Shower flooded bathroom floor and you said you would come and fix but then never came

My friend and I met in Philly for the weekend. Definitely on the cusp of University City, but not in the best area. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. Felt okay-ish walking after the sun went down, but would not put headphones in and was always looking over my shoulder. The rooms itself were spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the room smelt like old food and the floors and counters were sticky in some spots. The dishes had not been washed and there was old food caked on them. Decent for a one night stay, but nothing more than that.
