For midweek, I was surprised to get the one and only parking space on this cold and windy evening. But the hospitality, the cleanliness and the comfort MORE than made up for that little disappointment! I am thrilled with this little out of the way suite, where I could watch a little tv when my mom was ready for bed ... in a very comfortable King size bed. I was surprised that food was included at dinner time, as well as a buffet breakfast that we look forward to in the morning! We will be visiting the area a few times a year and this will be our refreshing stop, for sure! Next time, perhaps we can take advantage of the indoor pool!

They booked the wrong place for me because I had trouble here and I did not like that hotel at all front desk is very disrespectful the lady that makes a food room smells like smoke gross

Unfortunately they just do not seem to care

It was hard to get past the disgusting stench and density of cigarette and pot smoke at the entrance. Clearly people just sit out front smoking pot at all hours but especially bad in the evenings. My clothes stunk. I do not know why the hotel allows smokers to stink up the entire entrance and first floor given that the majority of rooms are non-smoking. If people do not want it in their rooms, what makes you think they want to walk through dense fog of pot and smoke? The breakfast area was disgusting. They did not bother to clean up after the bunches of younger children who were touching the foods with their fingers and using their hands to remove the eggs and sausage. Total disarray. The employees were clearly too scared to caution the kids against acting so poorly. The bathroom was scary dirty. I used a blacklight to check for stains and i immediately went and bought sandals to keep my feet from touching the floor or tub. Shower strength was terrible with the shower head leaking terribly and spraying all over the bathroom floor.
