First class accomodations
Publié le 2 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I moved away from Phoenix 2 1/2 years ago. We wanted to come back and see friends. This place was perfect for that. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well outfitted, even with good knives. Whether we ate out or ate in, this place served us well.

Overall a pleasant stay
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayPros: Location! Tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Golf course view and walking path are wonderful. Pool was warm enough for the kids to swim. Safe and mostly quiet. Security cameras in parking lot.
Cons: Master sink was clogged so I bought Draino. My kids found a large cockroach in their bathroom. Only two washcloths in the whole place. Upstairs neighbor has small child who runs (stomps) a lot. Couch is not a bed but pulls out to be larger couch.

Noisy, disruptive neighbors
Publié le 7 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayDuring our entire stay - 2 weeks - there was a large dog in the condo above us who was constantly running & jumping up & down making thumping noises. Sometimes our ceiling would shake!! We complained several times but the problem was never resolved.

Mark, The owner tries their best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors are simply out of their control. We hope the upstairs neighbors did not take away from what the rest of the property has to offer. We tried our best to get this issue resolved for you, we went to the home multiple times, we made a case with the HOA about the disturbances, and we went to the unit above yours to ask the upstairs neighbors to quiet down directly. We also refunded you for the inconvenience you had during your stay. We really did try to make things better for you and tried to make the best of the situation in the best way possible. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

Perfect location - beautiful condo

Fully equipped Condo, beautifully decorated with a nice view of the golf course and mountains in the background. Walking path around the complex, nice fitness center and heated pool with hot tub and cabana. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants (OverEasy for breakfast is a must).
You will not be disappointed with this property.

A great experience

Balcony Views and Wonderful Family Space
Publié le 22 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe condo is larger than the photos appear and SO clean!!! The 2 bedroom, 2 bath make is easy for everyone to have their own space. Morning coffee views on the balcony were beautiful!! Perfect location. Stop at Trader Joe’s on your way into the parking lot and pick up groceries. The covered parking spot is a nice benefit too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
